We have had several days of rain, and it was finally a day full of sunshine, and I was excited to join in on the 12th day of Dance UNITED for Health day by Jay Lavery. I had seen Jay as many of his friends, and fans call him before and watched him dance on his Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/jay.lavery.7. Jay is from Sharon Springs, New York, but reaches all over the world with his boom Box music and Facebook Live Stream dancing. We are then delighted with music for a half-hour, along with Jay’s lovely dancing at his farm. Jay encourages everyone to get up and dance if they can. It is a delight to see Jay’s farm animals of goats, chickens, turkeys, and his dogs.
The music is uplifting, and I post it on my meetup group page for my whole group to participate. It is my number one requested meetup event. Jay lifts us all up and gives up hope, joy, and dancing!
My Meetup group, friends, and fans love dancing and music! (Yes, I post Jay’s Facebook Stream events everywhere) My group’s and friends’ number one favorite thing to do every day! It gives us a break from this crazy world of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), also called C19 Virus.
I love the dancing moves I can so from the Rock and Roll, Disco Music, Jazz, Hip Hop, Motown, and more music. I find I can dance my Salsa and Cha Cha to the music upbeat and lifting indeed! I look forward to this music and time every day. It a half hour many of us look forward to each and every day.
What a beautiful person Jay is to take time out from his farm to give a breath fresh air and music to uplift the world. I see comments thanking Jay from Finland, Denmark, and other European countries. I also see people thanking Jay from all over the USA. He is loved by many.
